Control room of Paschim Medinipur District Police is located at the District Police Lines the Office of the Superintendent of Police, Paschim Medinipur, 721101. Control Room of Paschim Medinipur District Police deals with continuous monitoring of all sorts of actions viz. law and order situation, festivals, apprise crime incident, VIP Movement to all concerned as well as movement of RFS & HRFS round the clock to combat any situation by assisting the Police Stations, Traffic, shifting of sick and injured persons for medical treatment, informing and sending fire Brigade/Disaster Management Team in any arson or fire incident, rendering assistance/help through 100 dial helpline telephones and also to keep liaison with the other Districts/ Superiors.

Control Room is functioning with experienced officers and force round the clock. E-Mail Section & RT Wireless Section, Message Receive & Despatch section are also functioning under one roof of the Paschim Medinipur District Control Room.
