SI Subhomoy Ghosh (8622855893) along with other officers and force of STF WB acting on source information on 10.04.24 at 19:00 hrs accompanied with the officer and force of Belda PS conducted a raid at Near Shampura crossing beside NH 16 Kharagpur bound flank, under Belda PS and apprehended two vehicles bearing reg no- WB25K 6955   & WB26BW1581. After that apprehended 05 persons from both the vehicle. After maintaining all formalities in presence of BDO Narayangar searched both the vehicle and recovered total of 501 kgs of contraband Ganja from their possession and accordingly seized the same along with other articles. Thereafter in contravention of NDPS act mentioning the ground of arrest arrested all the accused persons.
